Sure, such awful choices can be forced on you and I'd opt for the 45 minutes too if that's all I had to choose from. All I was trying to convey was the sense that short connections at MSP are undesirable and should be avoided when possible.
I book nothing but short connections out of MSP. Have not missed one yet out of 16 so far this year. And this is often going from F-something to G21. Never get to the Sky Club there anymore.
