You might have it with your flight anyway, but if you are really pushed you can also buy a fast track for security at MAN as well. Depending when you hit it T3 can be busy these days since Ryanair moved in so it can certainly help get straight through, but it does have to be bought in advance!

If your flight is soon to depart they may allow you through ahead of the queue but that is dependant on the person at the desk and if you can actually get to the desk!!
