The system works for me too on my cell phone. I did not even know that it was supposed to work like that. My wife who doesn't own a cell phone once used mine for one of her tickets calling the silver number and was shocked to be greeted as Dr. StuckinITH by a nice CP angel and had to apologize for using a line that she does not qualify for. But, naturally, the nice CP angel dealt with her problem.
