Actually, the OP does not have to worry about security and customs to make the connection. Getting to check-in on time is enough. If check in closes at 2:30pm (roughly), (s)he has 1h 20min to deplane, pick up the bags, and go up one floor to check in. Very well doable, even at BCN with it's notoriously slow luggage delivery...

And I'd say there is a 30-45 minutes margin in this for late arrival from IBZ.
