Not trying to be picky here but if you say your flt landed at 10:59, it would be impossible to be at the next gate by 11:00. One minute to deplane and arrive at the next gate? Doubtful, eh.

But then it sounds like all this is moot because you ended up on the flt anyway. Doesn't matter how or why, you got on, right? If so, not sure about what you are complaining about. Filing with DOT for what?
