I'm in a similar boat - 10K posted just over a year ago, annual fee charged at end of May, no sign of 2nd 10K just yet. Very curious to hear if you have any success contacting them (I'm planning to call in a week or two if they still haven't shown up).

Has ANYONE gotten the 10K for a 2nd time on a single card?
