Is this possible to do or does it have to be a single program for an entire leg? Thanks.
it is possible but there are a few caveats.
Some recent reports suggest it is the account in the record at time of posting is what is used, so the old trick of changing the account just prior to boarding may no longer work. If the time separation between flights was sufficient 3-4 days, you probably would be OK. But with consecutive flights you may not be successful. The amount of data points (reports on FT) is sufficiently low to add much uncertainty.

So, is this possible -- yes, what the outcome will be is uncertain.
