What is the discrepancy?
The connection time in your screenshot is fully consistent with the MCT table.
The Standard MCT only applies if there are no carrier-specific exceptions.
The system was queried for AI-AI connections specifically.
How does this work if ID for -ALL- BKK = 240?
Is it overruled by AI 0010-0399 => AI 0400-0899 = 075 ? Still seems strange if -ALL- inbound from BKK are supposed to be 240...
