HA is in T3 at LAS.
I am not sure you can can ride the tram between the D gates and exit air side on E. I take this route to get a cab every time (the line is shorter and the tram is less crowded going to T3). I don't recall seeing a way up to the gates from the station, but of course I have other things on my mind!
