OAG/KVS is usually a great source for MCT but something is amiss here. Usually to/from places like LHR, SIN, ORD, legal connection times via DEL are between 90-120 minutes. Even from SYD, ITA shows legal connect time below 120 mins.
What is the discrepancy?
The connection time in your screenshot is fully consistent with the MCT table.

That's not right either, though. Plenty for non-AI connections can be done under 3 hours.
The Standard MCT only applies if there are no carrier-specific exceptions.
The system was queried for AI-AI connections specifically.
