[I'd like to send Alaska a...] nasty gram for the gate dragon at N14 who denied me boarding - TSA precheck was closed @ 8pm, so I got stuck in security, made it to the gate at 8:18PM for an 8:25PM flt and was told it left on-time 'no, on-time is closing at 8:20PM for an 8:25PM flight' - she wasn't having it, and pointed me to N1 for rebooking, who then sent me to AA for rebooking). Friend in dispatch said that my seat (2F) even went out empty.
