I for one would be happy to trade all catering in band 1 CE for an immediate-start beverage service after the belt signs go off. I hate having to wait for them to deal with the awful band 1 food while going thirsty. A pre-flight drink would be nice, too. The band 1 product could use something to make it, you know, not feel like coach with an empty middle seat.
