Stayed here a week ago. Service was horrendous. Front desk Employees were totally aloof. Some rooms for our large group weren't ready till 6.

Even worse, elevators were offline with only two working. Waits to get onto an elevator were in the 10-15 min range. Hotel blamed an elevator union strike, but none of the other high rise hotels had this issue.

Corner view suites with the upgraded bathrooms were nice, however!
