Air Canada miles won't transfer to United Mileage?
Booked two legs: EWR to YVR (booking class N) and YVR to ICN (Booking class L) through Air Canada.

United credited the 2nd leg (L) but not the first (N). Put in a request and no answer for the EWR to YVR leg yet.

Any reason why?
(Yes, I'm a newbie to all this and I apologize if this has been answered before)
