I've found so far, that the SkyClub agents seem to grant access on outbound domestic legs of an itinerary with a domestic component, earliet day, FWIW.

Are you...
1. Arriving on an overnight international flight (such as ATL-DXB) and then departing on your domestic flight the day of arrival?
2. Arriving on an international flight, spending the night in ATL, and then departing the next day?
If #1, you should have access.
If #2, you would not likely have access.
