Agreed - it is not a decent carrier like Emirates or CX (very much my point here)

Of course there were red taxis as the more expensive option of transportation (and what we used in the end) - also night buses perhaps I guess were available every hour or so too on the HK leg (in BKK, there was no alternative to our destination as I understood it).

Also noted, they are not legally responsible for us getting no sleep last night and a annoying day tired in the office due to this (nor getting us to our final local destination).
At the end of the day, their rudeness and delays are our responsibility, since they got us to the stated airport albeit very, very late (it was our poor airline choice, which put ourselves in this situation - totally agreed!).

Just letting people know here, so that they can plan their business trip or enjoy their few days in the sun taking a break in Thailand while insuring that they can be happy with their experience (honestly I am glad it wasn't a business trip this time for us!).
