Unfortunately this is a repeated issue for Hong Kong Airlines (aka 香港航空有限公司) - sadly it is very much not a one off incident for this airline...

NB: Also this ongoing problem or even a problem, is very uncommon for other Asian Short Haul operators ex Hong Kong to SEA etc. (unlike what is often the case in the USA for short haul delays - this flight delay problem is not seen as acceptable in Asia and as we know often does result in costly lost flight connections).

Really it seems that the controls which the Hong Kong Aviation Authorities very, very unusually put on this airlines expansion not so long ago, were actually warranted!.

Very happy for users to decide themselves (and want them to be informed) - at the end of the day it will be their travel plans / holidays / biz trips that get effected .
