We'll prepare as we'll as we can (local hotels, etc...) in the event it doesn't work out.
I'll have her talk to the gate in JFK to see if they can't move her close to the exit and have a wheelchair waiting for her at ICN.
It sounds like it isn't out of the realm of possibility, but clearly her flight can't be delayed and she'll need some things to fall her way.
How easy is it to deal with folks in English at, and around, the airport?
