Just stayed over the July 4, 2013 holiday weekend (that was the day of my check-in, also). My reservations were all LNF's.
I'm platinum elite and was upgraded to a junior suite (no balcony but view of the pool...large as two rooms with a wet bar and living room area on one side of the junior suite). I had 3 rooms total under my name for the stay (for friends in the other 2 rooms). They each got regular but adjoining rooms including one with a balcony. We had adjoining room doors through (inside) my junior suite, so that was nice. One room was ready upon arrival (2 pm), the other 2, including mine, took until about 3:45 PM.
Wifi ($12.95 per day) for multiple devices was waived for all 3 rooms (didn't even show on the bill), as it should under my Platinum Elite benefits.
All 3 rooms also got free breakfast under my Platinum elite benefits, choice of buffet (normally $17.95 per person) or menu item. We opted for the extensive buffet each day (they'll serve you as many non-alcoholic drinks at breakfast as well...including juices). Just show your elite key card to the server (one key card sufficed for our party...I just told the server the room numbers and signed for each one). Breakfast did not show on the bill at all.
I found the entire staff, EXCEPT housekeeping, to be exceptional. Housekeeping was unfriendly, slow and missed replacing many items.
Also, had multiple problems opening the door with the key card. A staff member sent up with me from the front desk suggested pulling the door towards you as you use the key card. I guess it is an ongoing problem.
Parking is $10 (self-park) or $20 valet. They won't waive that fee for anyone.
