The Chanel shop at Terminal 3 is make-up and perfume only, so if that's where you were intending to buy the bag, you're out of luck, unfortunately.

I have to ask the obvious question - why can't you buy the Chanel bag while you're in Paris (and reclaim the tax when you leave CDG) ?
