Worked for me - I dialed the 1k number - It asked is this Mr. DavidRS4 and I said yes. Then I hit 0 and was transferred directly to an agent. No more having to go through 20 voice prompts telling me how the automated system can help

Worked for me as well ^ but still wondering if the ability to store the same phone number across multiple profiles will ever come to fruition as it would be nice to have goalie-parents' and goalie-sis' number stored in my profile as well as theirs as an additional point of contact (worked fine under the PMUA website and was very helpful during irrops when my parents were flying [and obviously unreachable in the air] and I rec'd the call)
