I've stayed here in May 2013 with 4 people in 2 rooms and I was the only Platinum member.
I did not receive the email notification of the club lounge being at full capacity.
Both rooms were upgraded from city view to deluxe fall corner suite.
My parents took breakfast at the club lounge, my girlfriend and I at the Fallsview restaurant using the Plat amenity. I was pretty impressed with the breakfast offered at te Fallsview restaurant and found the club lounge rather "cheap" on choice.
Wine and beer at club lounge are same price as in the bar

Overall, I would prefer the Fallsview restaurant above having club lounge access
