It will never happen, but it would be hilarious if a safety recommendation were made that under every seat with the life vest there should be a seat-belt cutter. Watching TSA squirm around that recommendation would be entertaining.

Of course, TSA managed to get the oxygen masks removed from the lavatories out of terrorism paranoia even though decompression incidents (many per year) are far more common than terrorist attacks. So TSA is more than willing to sacrifice the lives of a few passengers in the name of their paranoia and security theater.
