It sounds to me like the OP would be using UA MP miles for the TATL, in which case one stopover (and an open-jaw) is allowed for round-trips: UA award rules
So you could do e.g., TATL-CPH (stopover) -HEL (destination), then book a separate one-way award/revenue ticket HEL-ARN, then ARN-TATL as the open-jaw return of your "main" award.
