HEL-ARN oneway is often in the 50-70€ range on Norwegian. I wouldn't use points or miles on this route - and especially not on AY as they charge YQ. Flights are practically every hour or more often by AY, DY and SK.

Also: booking CPH-HEL-ARN on AY would probably price out MUCH cheaper then the individual legs.
