Asiana has and still has an excellent reputation in my mind and I only see it getting better after this. 2 casualties on this crash was awfully low.

The 777 limitations are few and far between but to change the FMC hardware and software due to this pilot incident when the planes are flying fine without changes right now will only hurt the jet.

It is true that certain planes have had to have hardware and software changes because of limitations but in this case, it does not at all appear to be any limitations from a hardware or software level.
