If the travel hasn't happened yet, you can add the RR numbers to the reservation. Not sure about the rules for adding it retroactively. If they require separate e-mail addresses, I figure you can set an address up on Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. I would think members can share a phone number.
