Long time lurker, first-ish time substantive poster.

I'm in Galleries T5B and have just discovered that the 767 operating BA237 to DME has been switched from Long Haul to Short Haul. Unfortunately, I'm only flying in lowly WT (as a Silver), and apparently I'm not owed squat. What surprised me more is that only 150GBP of compo offered to CW...

The CS guy said this was a regular occurrence, since "BA are running short on LH 767's". If so, perhaps they should market the heinous 3h30 overnight as the SH service it actually is? Also, can I expect any sort of, well, anything, from BA?
