Just a note to those buying products from the outlet based on my experience. I am very unsatisfied with the customer support you get for products from this place. Understand that it is an outlet and most of the products are the last/not in the collection anymore.
Well, I got a Jumbo L trolley last Aug, and less than one year, the corner cracked and after sending it back, was told it was not repairable (confirmed by Rimowa).
The only recovery service is that they will refund the amount to me and that is it. If I want another one, I will have to go there and get it myself or get it via the Worldshop.
This to me is really poor irresponsible customer service. In less than 1 year, the product failed on me, and when I try to be (in my opinion) reasonable, to ask for them to at least compensate additional for me to make the trip there or buy directly from the Worldshop, I was denied in both case.
This is totally opposite to the service I received from the Worldshop where they just replaced the trolley I had with a new one with no question or additional charges.

Am considering now if I should get a new Rimowa or just get a Samsonite.

Thus for those getting bags from this place, becareful.
