How do I earn points by dining at a Starwood Restaurant. When I do give them my card? Also, could I read that you can file a missing points request after the fact, but when I go to look at the missing points form it is only for stays and you have to submit your dates of check in and check out. Am I looking at the wrong form, if not, how do you fill this out? Thanks.
