If you see A 330 or A 333, yes, then it is an airplane with the new Business Class configuration.
Watch out with that, though. As the AA site isn't always accurate. I booked IB6123 for next week wednesday and AA showed (and still shows) it as 'A333', whilst Iberia, flightaware and the Oneworld timetable all show it as 'A342'.

I'm still hoping everyone except AA got it wrong and I'll still get an A330-300, but I doubt it.

Edit: It just reverted to A333 on the IB site, lucky me. The Oneworld timetable is still incorrect, though.
