How have I been missing this?

I have had 2 US Barclays cards for at least 6 years each. I've never seen anything about 10,000 miles for renewing, and I've never gotten 10,000 miles for renewing.

Next time I'll call and ask for the 10,000 miles, unless certain cards are ineligible?
