120 days *from* definition - CC insurance

I have the Capital One World Delta (Canada) card. On March 8th 2013 4:11PM I purchased a Mac. Today, July 6th 2013 at around 7:30am I spilled liquids on it and ruined it. I made a claim with the credit card insurance immediately thereafter. The insurance provides for 120 days from the day of purchase full loss against damage. My claim is on that really weird definition of what 120 days is. Counting the 8th as day 0, today would be day 120 so it is covered. If you take a day to be 24 hours, and it is 120 days from the time of purchase, then the insurance would end today at 4:11PM and I would be covered. If it's 120 days counting day of purchase as day 1, and ending at midnight, I'm lost on day 121. I called the insurance company and they couldn't give me an answer. I'm leaning toward the definition of a day as 24hours from the time of purchase.

What do you think? I'm really worried I might be out 1500$
