Watching overhead video. Looks like the aircraft touched down way too short on 28L. Looks like the tail might have struck the rocks in the water. Most of the debris is between the water and the big 28L that is painted on the runway. To out it in perspective, the debris is mostly on the"<<<<<<<" that guides the planes to the beginning of the runway.
This is just my opinion. But most important, I truly hope the early reports are true and everyone survived. Safe Travels.
