One of the two main landing gear assemblies is lying back there by the "L" in "28L".

There is a goodly amount of aircraft bits way back there where it's not supposed to be. It seems to point to issues guiding the aircraft to a proper landing.

The BA/LHR thing was mechanical (fuel flow issues IIRC). This looks like execution issues.
