I just had drinks with a buddy of mine who works for Hyatt in the DC area and he gave me a heads up that over the next year the HR Reston is going to be undergoing a complete renovation of all guest rooms, ball rooms and the lobby.

On a different note I've stayed at this property quite a few times and find it to be the best Hyatt option in NOVA, second in the DC area only to the PH Washington (where I actually am tonight).
