Does anyone know why Webflyer has been pretty slow to update BonusConnect page?

Today (March 16),the page says that the last update happened on Feb 19,2000.

In addition, I found the information from the page is not inclusive. The most interesting part is that you can find most recent bonus information from the Webflyer monthly online publication. Doesn't this exactly destroy the purpose of having a seperate page for BonusConnect?
