If the OP had just "assumed" that laundry would be free due to their being upgraded to a suite, I'd agree with you. But given the OP went out of the way to actually ask about the benefit and was told there would be no charge, I can see where the OP might not be totally happy with the outcome. So I don't think the OP is wrong at all to be unhappy with being charged for something they were told there wouldn't be a charge.

With that said, I definitely agree with ArkansasTraveler's comment. If the OP was tired, it would have been much better to wait and deal with the issue later. Since the OP agreed to a 50% charge, that is what the OP should live with. If you weren't going to really accept the 50% charge, then don't agree to it and keep pursuing the issue.
