Agree w/JDiver. You got a very very nice perk. But instead of being happy with it, you have sour grapes because you did not get even more.

You are expecting/demanding too much. You have forgotten that you got a FREE upgrade to a suite. It does NOT necessarily mean you get ALL the perks that a PAID suite reservation gets.

I was upgraded to a very large suite a few yrs ago (an Asian Hilton hotel, can't remember which one). When I looked at the list of bennies, laundry was one of them. I enquired but was subsequently told that since I had a free upgrade, I did NOT qualify for the free laundry benefit. No complaints since I did not pay for the room.

Enjoy the upgrade and let it go. You agreed to pay 50%. Leave it at that.
