IC Festival City Dubai:

1st Visit: suite + lounge

2nd visit: Exec room - no lounge

3rd visit: Exec room - no lounge, wanted to charge 500 AED for lounge access

4th and 5th visit: moved to the CP next door - if you won't give me lounge access I might as well save some $$. Exec room (they do not have a lounge)

Terrible room service food at both hotels.

IC Doha (the new one): Suite and no lounge access (suite is totally non-functional, epic fail)

On a separate note, the regular Holiday Inn in Al Barsha in Dubai is really quite nice, decent room (w small bathroom). Very convenient and good food. Half the price of the IC.
