While there was no singular unacceptable event, from checkin forward there was a parade of disappointing experiences that would make me never want to return.

Attempts to address and resolve a bed choice mixup with the reservation was met with indifference by the checkin staffer and verbal insults from the manager.

Beds were carelessly made, sheets had holes and dirty glasses were never cleaned or replaced.

New weekend breakfast policy of Continental breakfast only is poorly executed.

Rather than the self-serve, waitstaff will bring you your continental plate . Given that our waiter never returned to our table to take our order, I can't be sure if we would have been able to choose specific items or been subject to a pre-selected meal.

After 40 mins, another waiter just told us to go help ourselves since they were about to break it down.

Weekday breakfast at the lounge was minimal at best. The espresso/cappuccino type coffee machine was turned off and replaced with an urn. Hard boiled eggs, deli cheese and ham slices were the most substantial option.

The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the shower's excellent water pressure. Other than that, the entire stay was filled with unpleasantness and visible evidence of numerous cutbacks I hope our experience was the exception but I'm afraid I won't be giving this property another chance.
I was there and BK3DAY is being very kind about this property. I'd rather play priceline roulette in Montreal than book directly this property again...and I'm typically too tolerant about these types of shenanigans ... but this stay was that bad. Stay away.
