Does travel planner receives points by booking a block of rooms?
I just wonder am I entitled to any points if I had booked 15 rooms for 2 nights at the Best Western? I myself did not stay at the hotel but I made the arrangement.

Does Best Western gives out points for planner likes other hotel chains? I could not find anything on the website.
