AA does not charge any fee for changing routing among OneWorld members as long as O/D remain the same.
AA does not charge any fee for upfare, even it is changed from a coach award to a biz award, let alone just to put you back to where you already have paid for.
I am not really concerned about this segment stuck at X nor the $150 fee which strictly speaking while not fair, it is what it is, but I am quite annoyed by the agent's using "married segment" as an excuse when it is absolutely not the case.
