The new LH service does not use the three-tiered appetizer stand any more, now they are plated individually. This was implemented earlier this year, but I have never heard of asking for caviar. It is a specific course, and it sounds like the FA was too lazy to prepare the cart for just 1 pax.

Oops, you're right. I actually agonized over whether to get onto the 3-class F or 2-class J and ultimately went for 2-class J. Fixed in my report!
