Agree with comments about soft product and how in the end it all works out. Agent at check in had no problem changing my flight to an overnight connection and processed my upgrade during baggage checkin. Catering was outstanding. Appetizer, salad served separate from a very nice man course followed by made to order sundaes... Not bad for a 2 hour 19 minute flight!
