Me too. Not to go off on a tangent about the new breakfast policy but my fears were realized especially given that under the old policy, even as a Gold more often than not, I was comped a full weekend breakfast,

IMO, bad enough, the free breakfast is a downgrade but having to rely on the waitstaff to select items that you want and the bring them to you is annoying let alone, a waste of time for everyone involved.

Last year, I had the weekday lounge breakfast and don't recall it being as bad as it is now. Food choices seemed extraordinarily limited and those items that were there were barely stocked.

Food selection was no better on Sunday night, the only dessert offered were cookies. Besides the cookies, each table had a small snack bowl but each only contained about a handful of either nuts or pretzels.

I really would like to alert the hotel to my disappointment but given all I experienced, it seems as though the service and food downgrades are not really an aberration but rather a result of management's chosen attitude towards its customers.
