Ditto; my and Lady JDiver's passports were scrupulously checked for sticker positioning - the two different officers placed the stickers in different places and orientations on the back cover of the passport!

No card, so I guess we'll apply and pay the diff. Perhaps my AMEX Plat will pay for the card, as when we got GE AMEX did not reimburse for it. And, oh joy, next year we have to get new passports just after we return in May 2014.
