2) yes you book the 241 in the class you want but note it doesn't have to be the same each way or indeed back from the same destination.
3) pretty sure on a 241 you have to book both legs together but you can change or cancel for a fee

5) we went to the Seychelles but used our voucher to Muscat in F. The best advice I received though was to choose your honeymoon based on where you want to go, not the airline. As it turns out we made it work, got a F flight as well as tried EK and EY.
