Not sure why but ressie stated King when we wanted 2 Doubles. Desk Clerk insisted there were no Doubles and offered rollaway.
Accepted offer of rollaway, but when we got to our room, it was clearly too small to accommodate a rollaway. Checked website and saw option to book Double.
Went back to front desk to speak with Manager who was unnecessarily rude.
I politely mentioned that I could book the double, right then and would be guaranteed our preferred bed choice. Manager still disagreed.
Funny how it was only after I pressed the point and brought up the bed type guarantee did she bother to find us an available Double (and scolded us for taking a room away from the guest that booked that room
