It's the passenger variant for the 787-8 that's all. There's a freighter variant as well, 787-8F it all depends how the airline decides to put it into their system.
It's odd that they'd add the "Pax" suffix because there is no freighter variant of the 787 right now. Boeing just recently announced that they will start working on a freighter variant of the 787-9:
